The Illinois International Trade Center (ITC) at Southern Illinois University Carbondale is funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO), and Southern Illinois University (SIU).
